MELT HAND and FOOT TREATMENT:

Using specially made balls for the hands and feet erase pain and tension in your feet, hands, low back and neck brought on by everyday stress, overuse, and age. These techniques usually precede roller work and are also amazing on their own to make your whole body feel better and provide relief from common and chronic pain like neck and low back pain, arthritis, bunions, plantar fasciitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Literally restore the connection between your brain and fingers and toes so that you can type, sew, drive, use your smartphone, walk, balance and complete all daily activites easier and with less pain.

MELT:

Using the MELT Soft Body Roller and MELT Soft Body Half Roller reduce pain and increase flexibility by rehydrating the dry, stiff tissue in your body. Learn simple, but profound ways to restore balance to your nervous system so your body feels younger by kickstarting the natural healing processes of your body that usually slows down with age and injury. Literally increase space in your joints and allow more fluid in between your joints for more cushion. Your whole body will feel younger! 

MELT NEUROSTRENGTH:

Using the MELT Soft Body Rollers and 6 foot long bands, bring balance back to the deep stabilizing muscles that tend to weaken in everybody because of surgery, getting older, being active, and doing the same movements everyday. Using specific strengthening techniques you will address the weak patterns of moving to prevent joint damage to make walking, running, reaching overhead, bending over, balancing on one leg and twisting your spine easier and pain-free!

MELT NEUROCORE:

Traditional abdominal exercises do not improve core stability. NeuroCore is the solution to align the spine, decompress the neck and low back, strengthen the pelvis, and give the organs proper space. These techniques address your true core: keeping you balanced and upright over your feet, stabilizing your spine and protecting your organs. Your entire body will feel stronger and less vulnerable when performing your daily activities.
